Installation and Ceiling Dimensions

The OH14 is designed for recessed ceiling installation using a mounting opening measuring 60–75 mm in diameter. The outside diameter is 82 mm and the frame height is 34 mm.

Before installation, check that the ceiling opening and available void space are suitable for the complete assembly, including the selected lamp, lampholder, wiring and any required power supply.

The fixed construction positions the lamp for downward-facing illumination. The frame does not provide directional adjustment. The actual light distribution depends on the beam angle of the selected lamp.

GU10 and MR16 Lamp Compatibility

This recessed spotlight frame supports suitable 50 mm GU10 and MR16 (G5.3) lamps when used with the correct lampholder and electrical supply.

• GU10 lamps: Require a compatible GU10 lampholder and suitable 230 V AC supply.
• MR16 (G5.3) lamps: Require a compatible G5.3 lampholder and appropriate 12 V transformer or LED driver.

The decorative frame does not contain an integrated light source. This allows the installer to select a suitable LED lamp with the required brightness, beam angle and colour temperature.
