GU10 and MR16 Compatibility
This fitting accommodates compatible 50 mm GU10 or MR16 lamps when used with the appropriate lampholder.
- GU10: Typically operates on 230V mains electricity using a suitable GU10 lampholder.
- MR16: Typically operates on 12V and requires a compatible LED driver or transformer and G5.3 lampholder.
Dimensions and Installation
The frame features an 82 mm outside diameter and a height of 34 mm. The specified ceiling cut-out is approximately 60–75 mm. Always verify installation clearances and lamp compatibility before fitting.
With an IP20 rating, this downlight frame is intended for suitable dry indoor environments. For bathrooms or areas requiring moisture protection, choose an appropriately IP-rated downlight fitting.
Important: This product includes the downlight frame only. The LED lamp, lampholder and any required LED driver are not included.
